Burn Personal Fitness offers a range of options for Personal Training, from outdoor, training at your home, and will soon be able to offer personal training sessions in a gym/studio.
Outdoor and home training is geared towards general fitness, weight loss, and for those who are not yet ready to face a gym environment. These sessions can be arranged at a park convenient to you anywhere in the Brisbane metro area.
