Interested in Group Sessions?

Burn Personal Fitness is wanting women who are wanting to get fit and lose weight at the same time as meeting other women and having fun.

Group sessions will be held at the following times once we have enough women who have registered their interest:
Monday and Wednesday at 6-6:45am
Tuesday and Thursday at 9-9:45am

Classes will include cardio, boxing, weights, circuits. Everyone will be pushed to their individual limits and everyone will walk out knowing they had achieved a great workout and was also fun.

Just wanting to take a minute to wish my beautiful friends Kylie Bruno and Donna Jones all the best in their up and coming Figure & Fitness competitions in USA.

Kylie Bruno is making her first international debut and the ARNOLD CLASSICS in Columbo Ohio, this is one of the biggest events in Bodybuilding. Wishing you all the very best and hope you enjoy your journey and we know you will shine on stage as always.

Kylie is a Director of Human Performance Centre (www.h-p-c.com.au) who are the Leading Training Provider for Cert III, Cert IV, Boxing Cert, Nutrition and now Diploma of Fitness. Well worth checking HPC out if you are wanting to become a Fitness Professional.



Donna Jones will be leaving our Aussie shores shortly after Kylie to compete at the New York Fitness and Europe Show of Champions. Donna is the only IFBB Pro Fitness in Australia. Check out Donna's website www.donnaj.com.au, you can follow her journey of training and dieting through her blog, including all the ups and downs along the way. Donna is also involved with Phat Camp with the legendary Jenny Hendershot, these camps are being held later this year in November, check out www.getphatwithjen.com and register now as numbers are limited.

Burn Personal Fitness is happy to invite everyone to browse, read and contact us for supplements and/or services.  For updates and specials please subscribe to our newsletter.

We will shortly be launching group sessions and when the timetable is finalised will post on the website along with the introduction special for all group sessions during the first month. Keep checking the website for updates shortly.

Burn Personal Fitness offers a range of options for Personal Training, from outdoor, training at your home, and will soon be able to offer personal training sessions in a gym/studio.

Outdoor and home training is geared towards general fitness, weight loss, and for those who are not yet ready to face a gym environment. These sessions can be arranged at a park convenient to  you anywhere in the Brisbane metro area.

If you want to get toned, build lean muscle, lose weight, gain strength and just feel great come check us out.
